低压配电台区移动柔性互联:可行性分析、应用场景及展望

摘要:

基于智能软开关的低压柔性互联技术可以实现台区间的功率互济与灵活转移,从而提升负荷承载与分布式发电消纳能力。然而,受功率周期性变化影响,当前固定式柔性互联方案仅在部分时段作用效果明显,导致台区柔性互联设备利用率较低。为解决上述问题,提出了移动式智能软开关(MSOP)柔性互联理念。首先,根据工程经验,总结现有低压柔性互联技术面临的挑战,从施工条件和MSOP的体积、重量及合解环策略等方面分析了低压台区移动柔性互联的可行性。其次,建立了低压移动柔性互联的成本-效益模型,分析了移动距离、移动次数对移动柔性互联效果的影响,探讨了移动柔性互联的临界条件。在此基础上,总结了移动柔性互联的应用场景。最后,对MSOP在低压配电网柔性互联领域的潜在研究方向进行了展望。

Mobile Flexible Interconnection in Low-voltage Distribution Station Areas: Feasibility Analysis, Application Scenarios and Prospects

Abstract:

The low-voltage flexible interconnection technologies based on soft open point (SOP) can realize the power mutual exchange and flexible transfer between station areas, so as to improve the load carrying capability and the accommodation capability of distributed generation. However, due to the periodic change of the power, the current fixed flexible interconnection scheme only has an obvious effect in some periods, resulting in a low utilization rate of flexible interconnection equipment in station areas. In order to solve the above problems, the flexible interconnection concept of mobile soft open point (MSOP) is put forward. Firstly, based on the engineering experience, the challenges faced by the existing low-voltage flexible interconnection technologies are summarized, and the feasibility of the mobile flexible interconnection in the low-voltage station areas is analyzed from the aspects of the construction conditions and the volume, weight and loop closing or opening strategy of SOP equipment. Secondly, the cost-benefit model of the low-voltage mobile flexible interconnection is established, the influence of relocation distance and times on mobile flexible interconnection is analyzed, and the critical conditions of mobile flexible interconnection are discussed. On this basis, the application scenarios of mobile flexible interconnection are summarized. Finally, the potential research directions of MSOP in the field of flexible interconnection of low-voltage distribution network are prospected.
